No one wants to be ripped off, to have a job half finished or delivered months after it was supposed to be completed – but unfortunately, there are still too many unscrupulous, incompetent and unprofessional cowboys around.
We all want to know who they are – so that they either go out of business, or they are made to realise that their standards are unacceptable and they improve.
Fortunately the vast majority of tradespeople in the UK are honest, reliable and so do a good job for fair pay.
They’re the sort of people that we all want to find and use – and that we would be happy to recommend to other people.

One clear aim - to cut out the cowboys
At nomorecowboys.com we have one very clear aim – to ensure that everyone who uses this site finds the right service or tradesman for them.
For some people that might mean the cheapest or the nearest, for others it might be someone who can cope with a particularly large or demanding commission.
Whatever is most important to you, by using nomorecowboys.com you will always be able to see just how well – or badly – a service provider or tradesman has been rated by their previous customers.
An independent service
nomorecowboys.com is 100% independent.
Whilst we are seeking the support of many of the UK's trade organisations, none of them has any influence over what gets written about their members - or indeed, about any individuals.
Tradesmen or service providers can pay to advertise on our site – but only if they have met our minimum standards for at least 12 months, and have received positive reports from at least 6 different customers and no negative reports during that period.

We need your help
We want nomorecowboys.com to become the first place that everyone goes to find whatever it is they are looking for.
But that will only happen if enough people take the time to tell us truthfully about their experience – for good or for bad!
We have tried to make this as easy as possible to do – with a form that you can easily complete online or, if your tradesman is already a member of nomorecowboys.com, that he should give you to fill in, once he’s completed your job.
So, please help everyone who uses this site to avoid the cowboys, and to select only the tradesmen that we would all like to see succeed – by completing a form every time you use the services of any tradesman or service provider.
